Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We are NOT responsible for any USPS/ FedEx/ DHL /USP Mail delays. These are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates as there are many factors that could affect postal delivery that we do not have any control over

Cancellations / Changes and Updates

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or edit your order after purchase, please contact amstylebydesign@gmail.com within 1 hour after purchase. After an hour of your order. It will have gone to production. There are no guarantees we can help you. We will do our best to accommodate your request.If there is a calculation there will be a processing fee based on the transaction amount multiplied by 4% processing fee. And a restocking fee of merchandise based on the items you purchased.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if there are any defective issues with the items you receive, please reach out to us immediately. Our dedicated team will work diligently to replace the item as swiftly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on size or personal preference. Each item is uniquely crafted to your specifications, ensuring a personalized touch.
While we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for items made by personal request, we are committed to rectifying any mistakes on our part. If there is an error with your order, please let us know, and we will promptly address the issue.

Refusals

AM Style by Design INC. reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion, especially in cases not covered by the above policies.

Condition of Return

Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive an item with defects, please contact us immediately no more than 3 day’s after purchase that the product has been received. Our dedicated team will make every effort to replace the item as swiftly as possible, ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase.
